我喜歡西雅圖的gay community.

這裡的同志社區，有完整的餐飲、消費、住宅及夜生活。更重要的是，西雅圖的同志懂得互助，懂得禮貌、互信及平常心。
在幾個大的節日裡，商人、Bar總是會找來頗具盛名的DJ來辦大型舞會，可支配所得極高的同志，總是能不眨眼買下門票，熱舞、狂歡及買醉。令人敬佩的事，西雅圖兩個比較大的同志團體LIFELONG (AIDS Alliance), Gay City Health Project，更能團結起來，找DJ辦活動萬聖節化裝舞會收門票、辦募款遊行等，藉此募得公益款項。
看看Gay City 的活動清單，每個月都是滿滿的，有教育性、健康取向也有好玩的PARTY，用這樣的開心態度，經營非營利組織，實在太酷了。
